Is it really free?
Yes, Tippy is completely free. Registration, group creation, and tipping are all free of charge.
How does scoring work?
You earn points when your tip matches an active scoring dimension — such as exact score, goal difference, or outcome. The group admin decides which dimensions are active and how many points each is worth. Only the highest-scoring fulfilled dimension counts per match — they don't add up.
Can I join after the tournament has started?
Yes, you can join at any time. You'll get 0 points for past matches, but you're a full participant for all remaining games.
What is the joker?
The joker is a one-time doubler per group. Activate it on any match before kickoff — if you score points on that match, they're doubled.
Can I be in multiple groups at once?
Yes, you can join as many groups as you like. Your tips and joker are tracked independently in each group.
When is the deadline for predictions?
The deadline for each match is its kickoff time. After that, fields are locked — but you can see what others predicted.
Does extra time count in knockout matches?
No. Scoring is always based on the result after 90 minutes of regular time — extra time and penalties do not count.
When can I see my group members' predictions?
You can see predictions for a match after its kickoff. Bonus question answers become visible after the first match of the tournament kicks off.
